✅ Return Policy

We only accept returns in the following cases :   

• the item received is damaged. 
• You received a wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.

• Please share clear photo/video proof of the damaged or incorrect item via our support email or WhatsApp.
• Returns will not be accepted without valid proof or after the 24-hour window.
  
  

💰 Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds are issued after deducting applicable taxes and shipping charges.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the returned product is received and verified.

🔄 Important Notes

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• • • Change of mind, personal dislike, size or color preference.

    • Used items or products not in original packaging.

Please note:
There might be slight print/color variations in Bandhej Rakhi due to its traditional hand-dyeing and printing process. These are not considered defects.
